A: Yes， we are happy to offer you small samples without charge, and you will arrange the courier.

A: We have many different packages available, such as zipper bag, bellow pocket, doypack, jar, can, head bag, blister box, and customized package, etc.
We will use neutral box for bulk items, and pack in stable and strong crate which will help to avoid damage or spill.
Q4.What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?
A: When you receive damaged or defective items, please take photos, check how many damaged or defective items and contact us to solve it immediately.
Q5.When will my order be delivered？
A: If the whole order is our stock items, we will pack them about 2 weeks; if the qty is large， we will need longer time.
If the whole order is not our stock items, we need to produce, it will depend on our production schedule, please check it before the order is approved.
